How do I connect MyFitnessPal to my PSP web platform account?

From your web platform dashboard, click “My Stuff” > “Connected Apps” > “Connect MyFitnessPal” > Log in with MyFitnessPal details.

How do I upload progress pictures and videos?

From your web platform dashboard, click “My Stuff” > “Progress Photos & Videos” > “Add Progress Photo/Video.”

From your app menu, click your profile picture > “Progress Photos” > “+” > “Take a New Photo” or “Choose from My Photos.”

How do I edit my profile?

From your web platform dashboard, click “My Stuff” > “Edit Profile.”

How do I change my account password?

Can I change from the at-home program to one of the gym-based programs, or vice versa?

Yes. You may change training programs whenever you please; but if you do so, please continue on the respective week for which you left off at. For example, if at the start of Week 3 you’d like to change from the At-Home program to the Gym-Based (3-Day) program, then please start at Week 3, Workout 1 in that program.

What if I can’t make a coaching session during the week?

If the cancellation of a personal session is necessary, please contact Coach Bobby to cancel and reschedule no later than 24 hours prior to the starting session time. Failure to do so will result in a forfeiture of the session and the session fee. Refunds will not be issued.

If you are a team client and cannot make the team session, all team sessions will be recorded live and saved in the Facebook group (including questions and comments in the video’s comment section), which can be viewed at anytime. If you have further questions after watching the replay, email Coach Bobby and he’ll be happy to answer anything for you.

Can I change from a personal client to a team client or vice versa?

Will I still have access to the workout programs and resources even after the program ends?

Yes. All materials are yours to keep for life upon completion of the program.

What if I cancel my membership before the program ends, will I still have access to the workout programs and resources then, too?

No. If you cancel your membership before the program is finished, you will be removed from the coaching platform and Facebook group and will lose access to all program materials. Please see Terms & Conditions for further details.
