Fitness and nutrition have always been deep passions of mine. But once I made the switch to a plant-based diet, that’s when I knew I had found my calling.

My mission in life is to show the world the AMAZING benefits of plant-based fitness and nutrition that extend to more than just our health as humans, but also to the animals and our environment.

Helping people lead their healthiest and happiest lives is what I was meant to do. I’m thankful to work with all the unique individuals who I work with daily and hopefully, one day, I’ll get to work with you too!

Although this is a plant-based coaching program, you don’t have to be vegan or vegetarian to participate. Ultimately, what matters most for the changes in your physique is calories in versus calories burned and not the exact food source, which I teach during the program. Meaning, you may eat meat and animal products if you please.

However, I’ll only make vegan nutritional recommendations and highly advise against the consumption of meat and animal products for the benefit of your health, the animals, and the environment.
